Helen Keller was important because she never gave up. She had very hard things happen to her and she kept trying. When she found out about her father's death and later her mother's death and much later her beloved teachers death, she went ahead with her commitments continued to build a happy life. When Helen gave speeches she inspired people to keep trying and to fight for good things.
I love Helen Keller because her life example showed me that I should never give up even when hard things happen.
